About Us

A contemporary Pilates studio with a sense of place.

ReFORMat Haus was created for the way this neighborhood lives: close to home, beautifully executed and grounded in the kind of Pilates experience that feels both elevated and familiar.

Located in Miami’s 33184 community, the studio serves FIU, Tamiami, the Belen area, Westchester and greater Kendall with exceptional instruction, intentional programming and an environment designed to feel calm, refined and deeply considered from the moment you arrive.

The experience is built around the details: a warm architectural atmosphere, a focused studio rhythm, thoughtful hospitality and equipment chosen to support a stronger, more complete practice.

Why ReFORMat Haus?

ReFORMat Haus is designed to feel serene without feeling silent, polished without feeling cold, and intimate without feeling exclusive. Natural tones, intentional lighting, clean lines, and a quieter sense of luxury create a space where members can focus, move well, and feel taken care of.

Our classes are centered on the reformer and may incorporate tower work (half cadillac), chair and mat-based exercises, Pilates rings, hand weights, resistance bands, and other props selected with purpose. Each element is used to support alignment, challenge control, and create a layered class experience.

Our Approach

At ReFORMat Haus, we believe a Pilates practice should evolve over time. Our programming is designed to support progression, helping members build a strong foundation before advancing into more complex movement patterns, increased resistance, and greater levels of coordination and control. Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, our class formats and exercise progressions provide a clear path for continued growth.

Class styles are designed to meet members where they are, from foundational sessions that introduce the equipment and method to signature reformer classes, strength-focused flows, slower restorative work, and cardio-based formats. Every class is thoughtfully paced, led with attention to form, and structured to help members build strength, control, and confidence over time.

“The mind, when housed within a healthy body, possesses a glorious sense of power.”
